i’m jealous of ann hamilton
wheeeeeeeee!
Wow! Ok, if you are in New York any time between right this very second, and January 6, 2013, you have to get yourself down to the 55,000-square-foot Wade Thompson Drill Hall at the Park Avenue Armory immediately! American artist Ann Hamilton‘s GIGANTIC installation, “the event of a thread” is just waiting for you! Yep, hop onto one of these amazing over-sized swings, and swing like you did when you were five! DO IT!
Wow-amazing! I wish I was there….swings in NY!
So Fantastic!!! I love that space so much. Sent this link to my sweet peeps in NYC. They will love it.
oh i hope they go! : )
No way!!!! Seriously genius!!!
Seriously fun! She taught at my undergrad, and I always got really excited when I would see her on campus.
Must be an interesting place to be at!

We went on Friday. It was packed but so worth it. Amazing!
I really want to go to this last time I was in New York but I got the flu. So disappointing. I still look at it in awe. Wish I could have seen it in person.

What a dreamy, poetic and magic experience to have! And how great it would be to be the creator of an art installation like this. What a Wonder Woman is Ann Hamilton! ; )
