I met the lovely Megan Biram at Alt Summit last January. She is an an entrepreneur, artist, blogger, and self-described social media / Internet junkie. Her blog, MIMI+MEG, is filled with all sorts of inspiring bits & pieces of fashion, art, and interior design. In pretty much every one of her posts there is something that I want. Badly. Oh, and speaking of wanting something badly, check out the fantastic drawings that Megan is jealous of – gorgeous!

I am jealous of Spanish artist Joan Saló. Her untitled series using pen on canvas is stunning, breathtaking, and leaves me wondering ‘How long did that take her!?!’

Yes, I want to know too… how many hours did those take! They truly are stunning. Thanks Megan!
ps. I’m away until Monday night, but will be back with a new post on Tuesday morning – see you then xo
Is there something in the waters in Spain? I’m seeing so much amazing work from there of late. This is really beautiful. Great find!
Absolute rain of color, these are gorgeous, I agree with Ella above Spain has such a vibrant contemporary art scene. They seem to have such a natural use of bright color too!!!!
Beautiful. Thanks x E
These are SO gorgeous…wow ! Really stunning and I wonder how she does it as well !

I haven’t completed my life work and this life has been enough so I really do not relish another round. Maybe if you’re not swamped , being jealous can leave you with a lot of non productive time so maybe you would enjoy allowing me to seve under a few hours of tuterloge. And I ‘ll stay at the Tudor Lodge, maybe there’s a room for you too.
thanks

hello there!
i just want to clarify that Joan Saló is a man.. his work is stunning and incredible, that’s true, but is not a woman 🙂
